Fortress Commercial Pools
A new commercial pool service company in Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge and Stratford. I wrote its seven-page website plan and designed the logo.
Fortress Commercial Pools is a new company serving hotels, condo and apartment corporations, athletic clubs and municipal facilities in Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge and Stratford. These buyers are legally required to keep their pools compliant and inspected. When something fails, they search, shortlist two or three companies and call.
Fortress had no website, so every property manager searching for commercial pool service was finding someone else.
- Wrote a seven-page website plan in September 2026: a homepage plus a page for each of six services.
- Matched each page to a search: sand filter replacement, acid washing, regrouting, tile repair, pool washing and DE filter service.
- Planned the lead capture: quote forms and click-to-call on every page, with an instant auto-reply.
- Planned the Google Business Profile, Search Console and GA4 setup, with call and form tracking.
- Designed the logo: three directions, each with a mark, a full lockup and reversed versions.
